Michael Sprouse has worked in the Visual Arts as a painter and photographer for over 25 years. Sprouse was also co/owner and curator of the acclaimed Eklektikos Gallery of Contemporary Art for 11 years in Washington, D.C.
In 2002, Sprouse moved to the resort beach area of Delaware where he opened and curated the Zwaanendael Gallery of Art in downtown Lewes for 4 years. He also created and spearheaded the gallery collective known as The Galleries at 20 Baltimore Avenue in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, still in operation since 2008.
Works by Sprouse can be found in private and public collections around the world. He has exhibited in major galleries throughout the United States in such cities as Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Atlanta, Richmond, Nashville, Las Vegas and more.
